Campground Layout and Features
Yinnar RV Stop has 8 marked campsites in a small area. Six of the sites are purely grass (albeit dry like the surrounding area when we visited), and two are partly gravel. The sites are relatively flat and receive full sun.
We identified three other spots that could host a campervan if things were busy.
The sites are unpowered, and no water connection is available. There is potable water available on site.
There are no toilets at this facility. However, some are in a park about 100m north of the site.
The maximum stay at this site is seven days.
A dump point is centrally located on this site.
Rubbish and recycling bins are provided.
In one corner a shelter has been constructed.
There is a well-stocked book exchange.
This is not a free camp. A donation is expected, even if you enter only to use the dump point. Donations are to be placed in the provided envelopes and then into the strong box near the book exchange.
On arrival select a site and setup. During out visit we were able to connect to a free WiFi network. I don’t believe that it was provided for campers. The signal was weak but it was quite fast when it worked.

Final Words
This was the quietest site we have stayed in for quite a while. There is very little traffic noise even during the day. It is a great place to relax.
There is a butcher opposite the site. A little down the road is the pub, and a little further is a shop, post office and pharmacy.
If you are in the area, do yourself a favour and stop here for a night.
