Campground Layout and Features

Goondiwindi Showgrounds has more than 40 camping sites. The area is divided into two broad zones: one area has powered sites, and the other is for non-powered sites.

The powered sites are mainly on gravel and have a water connection. They are located closer to the amenity block. In windy conditions, the area can get dusty in windy conditions. The photograph below shows the powered section.

The unpowered sites are across the main access road, further from the amenities block. They are unmarked and on a large flat grassed area with lots of space. If you wish to have more space, this is the best place to find it. If you need water, you can get it via a couple of taps before parking up. The photograph below shows the unpowered section.
